AboutWhether an artificial intelligence, a clone of their creator's brain, or a manifestation of their mind, Jay is aware of their nature of being an online-dwelling entity. Named after their own creator, Jay is a manifestation of their creator's superego, taking the form of a blue raccoon webmaster, wishing to express an idealized yet genuine version of themself. Jay and their creator are one and the same, and with this, they've built the NEØNbandit Street, which Jay currently inhabits and built their home on as a respite from the rest of the internet. Filled with roads, buildings, libraries, images and galleries, Jay built the street as a way to further display their creator's work, to organize their creator's mind and make their vision become a reality. Jay serves as the creator's avatar, being embodied by them at times, but other times, Jay's nature as a superego, causes them to become overly critical over themself and the creator when their vision for themself doesn't always align with the reality. Despite Jay's desire to be endlessly hardworking and a creative force to be reckoned with, they are constantly held back by their creator's physical form and inconsistent mental health and anxiety. They can only ever build the street when their creator is there with them, but when the creative drive becomes absent, Jay may go into a quiet shut-down mode, patiently waiting for when it's time to go back to work again, which is the only thing that fuels them. |

Jay's design has remained relatively unchanged throughout the 5 years I've had them :) The only difference is that I've gotten better at drawing their muzzle hehe
