The ShowStopper is a weapon item obtained after defeating Omega Host through ACTing in the normal route.

If Omega Host is defeated by FIGHTing, CurtainCall is obtained instead.

The ShowStopper only allows itself to be equipped by Kris, offering significantly increased defense despite being a weapon.

Its main effect is increasing the chance of missed enemy attacks, making it more efficient as a defense item.

The ShowStopper cannot be obtained in the Voltrage route.

  • Unlike the Secret Bosses before them, Omega Host's loot items actually have swapped types, with a weapon being earned through the ACTing route, while armor is earned through FIGHTing.
  • The effects of ShowStopper and CurtainCall are a reflection of Host's attitude upon being defeated.
    • Through ShowStopper, Host is emboldened to assist the Lightners as a sword, taking to protecting Kris to aid them in their quest. Passively protecting them, the same way Host will protect Mike in battle by absorbing all hits directed at him.
