Steven Universe

While I did keep up with the show religiously throughout it's airing, I wasn't really a part of the fandom for Steven Universe.

But I still liked making the occasional fan art for it regardless and I feel like it did leave it's impact in my art style. :)

2015-2016 Art

Gem OCs

I only had one gem OC that had anything remotely close to a personality, everyone else is just designs I was making for fun :)

Name: Cymophane (Nickname is Cat's Eye, or just Cats)

Description: A Cat's Eye gem who was part of Pink Diamond's colony. Her and her kind were tasked with scouting the area and studying the planet's fauna and lifeforms to make sure none of it would interfere with the Diamonds' plans.

Cat's Eye specilizes with animals. She only started using the name "Cat's Eye" when she found out about Earth cats. After Pink Diamond's disappearance, her and the other cymophanes were transfered to Yellow Diamond's colony.

I never did much of anything with her, but I've always enjoyed her design so I often found myself drawing her a lot!

Her design is based on that of a circus lion tamer :) To tie with both her cat theme but also her connection with animals. Her weapon is a whip to tie this all together.

Homestuck

Despite being one of, if not the piece of media that has had the most influence in my work to this day, the amount of Homestuck Fan Art I drew was negligible at best, most likely due to my discomfort with drawing characters with human proportions at the time

I did make sketches of the characters a lot, but they're mainly in my old high school sketchbooks, all of which I simply do not have the patience to flip through at the time. Maybe one day when I get the archiving zoomies for it!

I also have old Homestuck cosplay pics, but I'll spare people (And myself) from looking at them lmao

Troll OCs

I had two troll OCs!
An olive-blood named Serpen Vibora, his personality is snake puns. And a indigo-blood named Polari Ursula! Her personality is bear puns and liking space!

Nothing much was done with these two, but attentive eyes familiar with my work might realize that Serpen might as well be a proto-Malice :) One of his horns' shape was repurposed for Malice's design.

Gravity Falls (2015 Art)

This was a good show, not much fan art of it but it did influence my characters and writing a LOT when I first saw it! :)

Digimon & Pokemon (2010-2011 Art)

I watched neither of the series nor did I play any of the games :'D These two were essentially the same thing to me, I just liked drawing the creatures...

DarkStalkers (2010-2011 Art)

My only exposure to this franchise was when I was like 4 years old and loved playing Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo on the Sega Saturn!

As a little baby I was just really in love with Felicia and Hsien-Ko's designs, and when I was 14, I rediscovered the game and drew a lot of Fan Art of it :) Particularly of Hsien-ko, and I had a whole phase of being really into Jiang-Shi as well!
